Wilson has a run on the 29th at the runoff stay overnight for the training day call Wilson on 06 274 5799 to attend this day. Basic training day, covering ascents, descents, sidlings and what to do if things go wrong also basic recovery with John from Mobilize training. Shiney: Ph Kim 06 75 88224 for the training day. Come to one or both days. Both at same venue.

14th Dec

Kim & Wayne's run to Mokau, Then on Cream boat up Mokau river , home via Kiwi Road. Shiney: Kim Ph 06 7588224 No's required,Cost for boat trip. Bring own picnic

Trip Grades

These are a guideline only. Always check with your Trip Leader for any questions.

Shiney: Suitable for any 4wd vehicle with any tyre pattern. Tow rope to be carried. The club recommends that you carry a first aid kit, 2kg fire extinguisher and shovel. No damages expected.

Medium : Suitable 4wd vehicle and driver with reasonable off-road experience. Possible contact with shrub/banks. Securely fitted approved tow points front and rear. Suitable tyres required. Damage possible. All safety equipment as for shiney grade.

Hard: Vehicles equipped for serious off roading with mud tyres. Contact with terrain expected. Front and rear tow hooks suitable for high shock loads. Club approved safety equipment required. Damage likely. Tow ropes and additional recovery gear to be carried.
